I own two Canon camera bodies and use them selectively to complement specific shooting needs.

Canon 5D Mark II – The 21.1 megapixels full-frame sensor is my “go-to” camera body for all genres of photography. I leverage it’s large sensor size to achieve enhanced wide-angle perspectives.

Canon 7D – The 18 megapixels APS-C sensor is my companion body for travel and wildlife photography. The 1.6 crop factor on account of smaller sensor size helps boost the range of telephoto lens, thus pulling the subject even closer.

Fujifilm FinePix X10Fujifilm FinePix X100 – The digital equivalent of an old-school rangefinder camera? It has a fixed focal length 35mm (equivalent in 35mm format) lens with a very bright f/2.0 aperture. It uses a APS-C CMOS sensor with 12.3MP of resolution. In simple words, I love this camera for it’s size and quality. It is ideal for street photography, as it’s compact size will not intimidate the casual encounters with subjects. It’s fixed focal length also forces me to think creatively.

Fujifilm X10 – The is a digital fun point-and-shoot light weight camera with 28-112mm(35mm equivalent) zoom at f/2-2.8 aperture. It uses a 12MP 2/3″ EXR CMOS sensor. A camera that I presented to my daughter but I do steal it from her sometimes.

Polaroid 300 Instant Camera – When travelling in remote areas of the world, I carry this camera as it helps break the language barriers. In tough situations with unknown people, I generate a polaroid shot and give it to the subject. This simple gesture allows me the right to advance to create more appealing shots that I take with my other digital camera.
